'E&P Domain - Finance & Accounting (F&A), Internal Auditing and Petro Economics', GAIL

TRAINING

Since 2018, we have been providing training and consultancy services to our clients that are major PSUs in the energy sector.

Our first deliverable was ‘E&P Business Development’ for Gas Authority of India Limited (GAIL) E&P Division in July 2018. Since then, we have consistently collaborated with GAIL and its training wing, GAIL Training Institute (GTI), Noida. Some of the programs delivered include ‘Driving Performance Excellence’, ‘Global Energy Markets & Competition’ and ‘Oil & Gas Industry Economics’.

For IOCL Marketing Division, we have collaborated on the ‘Paridrishya’ programme, which has completed 14 batches till date (January 2023). This was catered to senior-level personnel (GM & CGM).

During the pandemic, we delivered hybrid training to our clients and participants. Chief among these are the online webinar sessions for Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) and Oil India Limited (OIL). Topics taught include ‘Risk Management’, ‘Energy Trading’, ‘Energy Sector Transformation’ and ‘Disaster Management’.

'Global Energy Markets & Competition', GAIL

16th to 18th September, 2019

Recently, we have successfully completed the first batch of ‘Kshitij’ program for IOCL Pipeline Division. This training was directed towards understanding the latest developments in global energy markets and technology (hydrogen).

CONSULTANCY

While our major focus has been on training, we have also provided consultancy on some key projects. This includes the technical module development for GAIL Operation & Maintenance Department.
